Politique d'expédition

We strive to ship all orders out within 2-3 business days. However, given holidays, shipping issues, book shipping delays, or weather-related issues, we cannot always ensure your orders arrive within that time frame. We do our best to communicate with the buyer and always recommend you reach out with any questions here.

When you purchase books from Beck Romance Book Store, your purchases will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Preorders: Any books that are not available for immediate release will be noted as "PRE-ORDER" in the product title and description. The description will also include the expected release date. Preordered products will be charged in full upon purchase, but they will not be delivered or shipped until the release date. If additional books are purchased alongside preorder items, your entire order will be held until the preorder is ready to ship. If you prefer the in-stock items to ship separately, additional shipping charges will apply."

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you purchase any Preorder books as separate transactions. Print books on preorder will not be shipped until their release date. If there are other print books in the same order, the entire order will be held until the preorder book is ready to be processed. 

If there are any updates to a preorder book's expected release date, the Beck Romance Books Team will email any customers who have ordered the book to alert them of the change. 

Immediate Releases: Any books that do not specify "PRE-ORDER" in their description are available for immediate purchase.

E-Books & Audiobooks:  Upon purchase, our distribution partner, Shopify will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your E-Book or Audiobook. Once downloaded, your product can then be delivered to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook, or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. 

Print Books: Print books are printed to order and shipped by BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service. Depending on your delivery address, additional shipping options may be offered to you upon checkout.

Average shipping times:  For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Print Book shipping times vary between countries. Estimated shipping times alongside choices of shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Holiday shipping times: The U.S. celebrates Thanksgiving on November 23, 2023. Many physical businesses close for a four-day holiday weekend. This also kicks off the December holiday buying and shipping period. Please bear with us as we expect printing and shipping to take longer during November, December, and early January. 

International Orders: For International customers, please be aware that you may receive import, tax, or customs fees. Beck Romance Book Store will not pay these fees; you, as a customer, are responsible for paying them so that your order can be released.
