When you purchase, Shopify will email you an immediate download link to gain access to your E-Book products.
Once downloaded, you can deliver your E-Book files to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or another device!

Standard domestic shipping normally takes 1-7 business days, depending on the location it is being shipped to.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

If USPS or UPS marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS/USP and escalate or file a claim with them.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. Therefore, they will not be refunded or replaced. Once your package leaves us, it is out of our control and under the responsibility of USPS/UPS.

If USPS or UPS marks your package as lost or undeliverable, please contact the service department to report a claim.
We will not send out replacements for lost packages until a claim has been made with USPS or USP. Once a claim is filed, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be given at our discretion.

We understand damages can happen. Please note that we are not responsible for minor damages that can occur during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged significantly, please contact us within five days of receipt of your order. We try our best to find a solution.
